Golden Celebration

The Confetti embossing folder is another product for the 2016 Occasions Catty that works beautifully with Balloon Celebration stamp set. Metallic foil card stock is set off beautifully by embossing.

Although my photo doesn't show it well, the vellum window of this shaker card is stamped with the little stars images from Balloon Celebration with Whisper White Craft ink.

Use Black StazOn ink to stamp on the ribbon. (There is a "Congratulations" stamp in the set, but it was a little too wide for the ribbon.)

Cut a larger oval in the black mat, and a smaller oval in the gold mat.

Adhere the stamped vellum mat between the windows and use Dimensionals around the edge of the gold mat on the back to create a space for the sequins.

Stamp and adhere the ribbon to the back of the mats

Sprinkle the sequins in the centre of the white card base and adhere the window mats.
