Lovely As A Puffy Tree

The evergreen tree from the Lovely As A Tree stamp set is so verstatile. I've used it many ways, many times, but this puffy technique is new to me. My wonderful upline, Lisa Althouse, demonstrated it to me at our last meeting.

Here's a close-up of the puffy effect.
-stamp the image on card stock
-place the card stock on your Stampin' Pierce mat
-use the small end of your Simply Scored Stylus to trace around the image
-turn the card stock over on the Stampin' Pierce mat
-use the large end of the stylus stretch the card stock and make the image stand out
-cover the back of the card stock with Snail adhesive
-fill in the outline of the tree with small amounts of a cotton ball
-adhere the stamped mat to another card stock mat
-place on a hard surface and trace over the outline of the tree with the stylus to adhere the edges around the cotton
