Dry Embossed Blossoms

This little posy of embossed flowers and leaves needed a special background. Stamp En Francais stamp with So Saffron ink on So Saffron card stock and let it dry.

Swipe the card with an embossing buddy and stamp Hello, Doily stamp with a VersaMark pad. Cover the image with White embossing powder and shake off the excess. Use the heat tool to melt the powder.

Stamp the flowers and leaves and cut them out. Follow the tips below to dry emboss them for a 3 dimensional effect and adhere them to the doily.










-stamp leaf background image on card stock









-snug plastic sheet into corner of Stamp-A-Ma-Jig
-stamp accent image on plastic sheet using the corner of the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig as a guide






-position accent image over background image
-snug Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to corner of plastic sheet







-remove plastic sheet
-stamp image using Stamp-A-Ma-Jig as a guide







-cut out leaves
-place on foam sheet and use stylus to shape centre vein






-turn leaf over and shape back with stylus








-stamp flowers using the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig





-shape fronts of flowers







-shape backs of flowers



-embossed flowers
