Embossed Resist World of Dreams

Heat Embossing creates a hard, usually glossy image that resists ink. I used Clear embossing powder over-lapping a background and sponged inks on the image with sponge daubers.

-use the Big Shot and Ovals framelit to cut a stencil in copy paper
-position the cut out oval on the mat and adhere it with removable adhesive

-position the stencil on the mat using the cut out oval as a guide
-adhere the stencil with removable adhesive
-remove the cut out oval

-stamp a background image

-remove the stencil
-swipe the mat with an embossing buddy to reduce static
-stamp the Grass image with a VersaMark pad overlapping the background
-cover the image with Clear embossing powder and shake off the excess
-use a heat tool to melt the embossing powder and let cool
-use sponge daubers to apply ink over the embossed image
